The Entry/Mid-level Structural Engineer assists in the design analysis and evaluation of concrete structural systems. Ensuring they meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards. Working under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers. The role involves contributing to various stages of projects, from conceptual design through to final implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the analysis and design of structural concrete systems for buildings, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Perform structural calculations and prepare reports under the supervision of senior engineers.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and codes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, standards, building codes, and professional organization.
  • Support the team in resolving technical challenges during the design and construction phases.

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required).
  • Minimum EIT certification or eligibility to obtain within 12 months (preferred).
  • Foundational knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
  • Coursework or internship experience involving concrete structures (preferred).
  • Proficiency in construction documents (drawings and specifications).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Exposure to concrete design, construction techniques, or materials during internships, coursework, or projects (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of industry standards such as ACI, ADI, ASCE, and IBC (preferred).
  • 10-15% Travel Required.

Pay:Pay: $73,538.00 – $78,522.00 per year
