Stone & Company is seeking a skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating concrete pumps and a strong understanding of construction processes. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of concrete to various construction sites, contributing to the successful completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Operate concrete pumps on construction sites, ensuring proper setup and operation.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate concrete placement.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Load and unload materials as needed, utilizing loader operation techniques.
- Safely navigate commercial vehicles and dump trucks on-site.
- Dig and prepare areas for concrete pouring, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
Skills:
- Proficient in concrete forming techniques and heavy equipment operation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment.
- Experience with commercial driving and operating commercial vehicles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Excellent communication skills for teamwork and coordination on-site.
- Attention to detail to ensure quality in all aspects of concrete placement.
